Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial signup. Failed AI tasks are automatically retried or credited back to your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sintara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days.
